3.1. eMeeting Traning
Rationale:
Craig Caples of NASB will be training the board members on the software and web based paperless board meeting system. 60 minutes is built in to our meeting for the training.

3.2. Career Academies
Rationale:
The Norfolk Public School District is a member of a consortium of agencies working to develop our own version of "career academies." The other agencies include: the South Sioux City School District; ESU's #1, #8, and #17; Wayne State College, and Northeast Community College. The agencies have selected a "board" to oversee the development and Mr. Morton has been selected as the Chair of that board. He will be providing an update on this initiative. 20 minutes has been allotted for this agenda item.

3.3. Bridges Out of Poverty Conference
Rationale:
Julee and several of our staff attended this conference. Julee will be sharing information to the board from the conference. 20 minutes has been alloted for this information sharing.
