Rationale:
There are three teacher contracts to approve for the 2009-2010 school year.
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to approve the teacher contracts for Kristin Brommer, Caroline Garder, and Jennifer Bruckner. passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

3.2. Appointment of Treasurer
Rationale:
Need to replace Bob Waite, due to his retirement, as treasurer for the board with the new Director of Business Vicky Schwartz. Also, need to approve the signature of Ms. Schwartz for federal and state programs, and to allow for her name on the bank resolution to act on behalf of the district.
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to approve the Director of Business Services as the board treasurer, an official signature for federal and state programs, and the depository services resolution for governmental entities passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
