I. Discussion Items
1. 2016-17 Calendar: Dave Gibbons updated the calendar reflecting the recommendations from the SEA. See calendar proposal.
2. Support Staff Meetings: Maintenance/Custodial: Wednesday, 2:00 at Library Annex, Food Service: Thursday, 2:00 at Library Annex, Support staff office/para: Friday, 1:45 at Library Annex, 2:45 at Elem. Music Room.
3. Strategic Planning Discussion: Discuss proposals for the top 15 items and review the google form Dave Gibbons created to post shared suggestions.
4. Schuyler Instructional Model: See Dave's presentation.
5. Requisition: Sally went to the Coop meeting for teacher requisitions. She will be getting the dates for us to open the requisition program for staff. The filemaker system is ready to use now. As soon as we get dates for opening and when they are due, we will let you know. Jeff Droge will be sending out information to you and your staff as soon as we get the information.
6. Respect and Responsibility: Keep this in focus with your staff. Hold each other accountable for working at this in the building. This will be reinforced in the APL training in April and May.7. 2016-17 Staffing: Please submit any new positions
