Recommended Motion(s):
I move to amend the 2011-2012 budget to include the correct number in the “Actual Disbursements and Transfers” for the Special Building Fund in the year 2009-2010 to $335,368 and the Actual/Estimated Disbursements and Transfers of the 2010-2011 Special Building Fund to $200,000.” Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
