Recommended Motion(s):
I would recommend that we go into executive session to discuss a personnel issue related to hiring practices in the district. This is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual in compliance with the law. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
