7.1. Consider selecting (Barry/Angie) as the FPS board of education's voting delegate to the NASB assembly on Friday, November 18th, 2022, and direct that (he/she) vote (for/against) the proposed amendments to Articles V and IX of the NASB bylaws, as presented.

7.2. Consider contracting with NASB for their 3-5 year Strategic Planning Services as presented.

7.3. Consider approving the re-assignment of Patty Smith from an administrative contract to a teacher contract for the 2023-24 School Year as presented.
