7.1. Approve hiring Emily Welch as Special Education Teacher, ToriAnn Likens as Ag Teacher, Sara Forsgren as Central Elementary and Josie Weise as Math teacher for the 2023-2024 school year as presented.

7.2. Consider approving the Bus Transportation proposal from Holiday Express Bus, Inc. with the key components of:

• Regular Routes rate of $46,000.01/month
• PreK Route rates of $3,950.00/month
• 3% increase for 2024-25 & 2025-26 school years

as presented.

7.3. Consider approving the 2023-24 District Calendar as presented.

7.4. Consider approving the hire of Jared Haag to be the Central Elementary principal with a salary of $90,000.00 as presented

7.5. Consider approving the use od Depreciation Funds to replace the west windows in the '47 gym with Fairbury Glass in the amount of $42,338.00 as presented.

7.6. Consider approving the use of Depreciation Funds for a Baseball Building, in the amount of $50,000.00 as presented.

7.7. Consider approving the 2023-24 Negotiated Agreement with the following items agreed upon:

• Increasing base salary to $38,050 by adding $625 to the current base ($37,425)
• Adding 1 PTO for staff that have been with the district for 7 years or more.  These staff would have 11 PTO days.
• Clarifying the PTO Buy Back language to the following:
  • District will buy back unused PTO leave at the following rate (to be included in the July paycheck):
    • < 6.0 PTO days at the rate of $75/day
    •   6.0-11.0 PTO days at the rate of $125/day
