7.2. Consider approving the quote from Pollman's on the installation of a new, tankless hot water heater for the Jefferson Intermediate kitchen, for $6,759.00 and the use of Lunch Funds as presented.

7.3. Consider approving the 2023-24 School Lunch prices, with no increase from the 2022-23 school year, with adult prices will be updated later, as presented.

Recommended Motion(s):
I will entertain a motion to approve a settlement with First
Student, Inc., under which First Student agrees that the
district may withhold $27,754 from sums otherwise due
and owing and the district will agree to pay First Student
the balance, and to authorize the Board President to
execute a written agreement to memorialize the same in
consultation with the district's legal counsel. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
