Recommended Motion(s):
[IF NECESSARY] I move that the board enter closed session to discuss contractual issues, and, if necessary, to receive and consider legal advice from the school district's attorneys, which is in the public interest. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

I move that the board of education accept Sean Molloy's resignation as superintendent of schools effective June 30, 2024 Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

4. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to begin the process of obtaining the services of a superintendent search firm to conduct an expedited search for an interim superintendent for the 2024-25 school year.

I move that the board engage the [Nebraska Rural Community School's Association] OR [Nebraska School Boards Association] to conduct an expedited search for an interim superintendent for the 2024-25 school year Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
