1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to determine the terms of an offer to a possible interim superintendent (May include closed session)
Recommended Motion(s):
I move that the board enter closed session for the purpose of contract negotiations and to protect the interests of the public in securing the services of an interim superintendent at the most favorable contract terms possible. This motion, made by Board Member #1 and seconded by Board Member #2, Passed.
