3.A. Discuss and provide a recommendation to the City Council on authorizing SENDD to apply for EDA, CDBG-DTR, and other federal grant opportunities on behalf of the City.

3.B. Discuss and provide a recommendation to the City Council on enacting Ordinance 2110: An ordinance relating to sidewalk cafes.
