Rationale:

The Committee may discuss or limit discussion on, hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, or take action to provide a recommendation to the City Council on any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Provide a recommendation to the City Council on changing the Library's hours of operation.

3.B. Provide a recommendation to the City Council on offering scholarships or discounted swimming lesson rates in the summers of 2023 and 2024 as part of Crete Public Schools' expanded learning opportunity program.
