Publication of Notice. Reasonable advance publicized notice of this meeting and hearing was given by publishing it in the Ashland Gazette and Wahoo Newspaper and by posting it at the Ashland-Greenwood District office, 1842 Furnas St., Ashland, NE,68003  and Farmers and Merchants Bank, 1501 Silver ST., Ashland, NE 68003, at least 10 days prior to the meeting, and by direct notice to all board members. 

5.2. Conduct a hearing to consider facility growth and expansion project and the acquisition of real property commonly known as 
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., SAUNDERS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

All meetings are open to the public. An agenda for the meeting shall be kept continuously current in the Office of the District Office at 1842 Furnas St., Ashland, NE 68003.
