12. Informational Items

12.1. A middle school music concert is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the same night as our December board meeting. Do we want to move the December meeting time up to 5 or 5:30 p.m.? In addition, our administrative team will provide food/snacks in lieu of their administrative reports.

13. Call for Next Meeting
|
|
13.1. The next meeting is set for Tuesday, November 27th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The November 27th meeting will be a public hearing. Regular Monthly Meeting will be set for December 17, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. All meetings are held in Ashland-Greenwood Middle/High School, Conference Room at 1842 Furnas Street, Ashland, NE 68003. Notice of the meetings are posted in advance in the District Office, 1842 Furnas St., Ashland, NE, Farmers & Merchants Bank, 1501 Silver St., Ashland, NE and Bank of Ashland, 2433 Silver St., Ashland, NE. All meetings are open to the public. An agenda for the meeting shall be kept continuously current in the Office of the District Office at 1842 Furnas St., Ashland, NE 68003.
