3. Discuss, consider, and take action on emergency matters relating to the coronavirus epidemic and emergency.

Approve to pay all non-certified staff regular wages through the end of the school year and with a $3 dollar per hour incentive pay through the 17th of April for those individuals who report to work and the incentive pay will be revisited at the April 13th Board meeting. This motion, made by Bret Mader and seconded by Michael Shafer, Passed.
