3.1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the emergency circumstances presented by the COVID 19 virus including:

3.1.1. Authorize the Superintendent of Schools, or designated, to grant a paid leave of absences for certain staff members that the Superintendent determines is in the best interests of District
|

3.1.2. Approve the resolution declaring the COVID 19 pandemic as an "emergency" under the Nebraska Emergency Management Act
|
|
3.1.3. Review and suspend any board policies or directives that conflict with the Superintendent's ability to carry out business during the COVID 19 pandemic
|
|
3.1.4. Authorize the Superintendent to implement employment decisions or guidelines (including possible "work from home" arrangements) for certain employees that the Superintendent determines is in the best interests of the District
|
