4.1. Approve Superintendent's contract for the 2014-2015 school year.
Rationale:
Includes a 4% salary increase with no insurance.

4.2. Approve the teaching contract for Matthew Skiles, Ogallala High School teacher, for the 2014-2015 school year.

4.3. Approve Adminstrator's contracts for Traci Rezac, Scott Rezac and Linda Victory for the 2014-2015 school year.
Rationale:
Traci Rezac, Linda Victory and Scott Rezac includes a 3% salary increase plus insurance. Troy Lurz had a two year contract approved last year.

4.4. Approve the use of local substitute teachers for the 2014-2015 school year.
Rationale:
OPS utilizes substitute teachers under the Local Substitute Certificate guidelines meaning they can substitute teach in Ogallala for a maximum of 40 days so long as they apply for and receive the certificate from the Department of Education. This action item is required on an annual basis.
