Notice of this meeting was given to the President and all Members of the Board. Availability of the agenda for this meeting was communicated in the advance notice. All proceedings hereafter will be taken while this convened meeting is open to the attendance of the public. This meeting is being convened in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted on the east wall of the Board Chambers.
