Conduct A Public Hearing on the Proposed Acquisition of the Following Real Estate: Tax Lot 3 (Trailer Court Land) in Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 52 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Bayard, Morrill County, Nebraska containing approximately 29,700.00 sq ft. (Morrill County Assessor Parcel ID 100027886) AND Tax Lot 5 (Trailer Court Land) in Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 52 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Bayard, Morrill County, Nebraska containing approximately 41,895.00 sq ft. (Morrill County Assessor Parcel ID 100027991).

III.B. Discuss, Consider, approve and authorize the Board President and Secretary to sign a Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of the Following Real Estate: Tax Lot 3 (Trailer Court Land) in Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 52 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Bayard, Morrill County, Nebraska containing approximately 29,700.00 sq ft. (Morrill County Assessor Parcel ID 100027886) AND Tax Lot 5 (Trailer Court Land) in Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 52 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Bayard, Morrill County, Nebraska containing approximately 41,895.00 sq ft. (Morrill County Assessor Parcel ID 100027991).

III.C. Authorize the Superintendent of Schools to take all necessary action on behalf of the School District to carry out the District's obligations under and close the Purchase Agreement described in Action Item III.B above.
