6.2. Consider, Discuss and Approve entering into an Energy Financing Contract with Facility Advocates for installation of a new HVAC system in the main gym, cafeteria, Ag room, Band room and shop according to FPS's ESSER III (ARP) plan.
Rationale:
A new HVAC system will be installed in the main gym and cafeteria. AC units in the Ag room and band room will be replaced along with curbing on the roof to help stop the leaking roof. Installation of a new make-up air unit in Wood & Metal shop will also take place. ESSER III (ARP) funds totaling $369,783 will be used to pay for most of the project. The remaining balance of $113,717 will be paid from the General and/or Depreciation Funds. Signed contract will be attached once approved.
