7.1. ACE September Recipients Recognition
Rationale:
This month's ACE Recipients are Trace Bislow & Tianna Blair! Trace was nominated by Ms. Silas. Ms. Silas appreciates how respectful and patient Trace was on their recent field trip. Recess staff reports how Trace is a good leader on the playground as well. Tianna was by Dr. Conradt for being a leader on the bus. Tianna helped two small riders unbuckle their seat belts on the bus while Dr. Conradt was riding on the route. Way to go!

7.2. Temporary Early Retirement Incentive Policy (TERIP)
Rationale:
I have been informed that several teachers who are currently eligible for retirement and considering retirement indicated they are interested in knowing more about an early retirement incentive program. The past resolution to adopt the TERIP and the past TERIP are attached for review and discussion.

9. Elementary Principal's Report
Rationale:
Elementary Principal's Report October 2015 Parent Teacher Conference Attendance The elementary staff had a 97% turnout for Parent Teacher Conferences. PRK 18/18 K 23/23 1st 20/22 2nd 21/21 3rd 17/17 4th 21/21 5th 11/14 6th 15/16 Digital Citizenship Jody Bauer, Technology Curriculum Consultant for ESU 11 will be instructing the 6th grade class on these topics: Digital Footprint and Reputation, Self Image and Identity, Cyberbullying, Relationships and Internet Safety. Fire Prevention Day Students attended Fire Prevention Day at the Franklin Fire Barn on October 7th. Students were able to tour the fire station and learn about fire prevention. Thank you to Stu Wilsman who organizes this event for our students each year.
