Rationale:
The finance committee discussed and approved bringing the SCPEP proposal to the entire board. Mr. Don Fritz will be at the meeting to explain the process.

6.4. Superintendent's Evaluation
Rationale:
Attached are the board's superintendent evaluation policies and the current evaluation policy we have. At the board retreat, Marcia Herring, NASB, recommended we look at a different evaluation policy for this first year. I have attached the recommended policy. Also for your examination is my 2015/16 Superintendent Goals and the progress made so far.

Consider and approve adoption of board policies 6212, 3540, 7050, 3560, 9340, 6600,1200, 4002, 4003, 4003a (notice), 4003b (complaint form, 5401, 5401z (complaint form), 6287, 5001(kndg early enrollment form), 5418 (forms), 6115 & 5416 as presented and to repeal and rescind all existing board policies that pertain to the same matters or that are otherwise conflicting, including without limitation existing policies
Rationale:
All of the above policies are being updated to comply with updated legislation, academic year listed on the policy or contact name changes. The policy committee met on November 4 and studied the changes. Changes are highlighted in yellow.

7.1. ACE Recipients Recognition
Rationale:
Abigail Yelken was nominated by Mrs. Bev Jackson. Abigail is one of the older students who arrive at school in the morning and is a great help with the younger students while they wait outside for recess Thanks for your leadership in helping others and Mrs. Jackson to keep students safe! Mercedes DeJonge received several "Way to Go" tickets during the month of October. She was nominated by Mrs. Kelly Simmons for helping a fellow student feel better when they were having a rough day. Mrs. Simmons wrote, "You really helped lift their spirits". Thanks for being a friend when a friend needed it!

7.2. Crisis Team Presentation by Kelly Simmons
Rationale:
Ms. Kelly Simmons, FPS Guidance Counselor, will share information about the FPS Crisis Team. She will also share an overview the many roles she plays in our district.

7.3. Negotiations (Possible Executive Session)
Rationale:
The next Negotiations meeting with the Franklin Teacher's Association is Monday, November 16 7 pm in the Elementary Principal's Office. Attached the 2015/16 negotiated agreement and an array that is useful information.

7.4. Staff Christmas Party
Rationale:
Franklin School Board has in the past supported a Christmas party for staff. Is this something you would like to continue? Saturday, December 12th is an open date. We could start with a 6:30 social and 7:30 dinner.

7.5. Discuss Changes to Policy 9320
Rationale:
The current policy #9320 has a board agenda listed that is not being followed. The proposed policy reflects what we actually follow. We need to discuss it, make further changes if necessary. The proposed policy will be placed on the December agenda for approval.

9. Elementary Principal's Report
Rationale:
Elementary Principal's Report November 2015
PLC and NeSA Presentation Dr. Conradt, Mr. Boettcher and I will be presenting some information on PLC’s and NeSA results. 1st Quarter Honors 1st Quarter Honors were held on October 21st. The list of students achieving honors for the first quarter are attached. Way to go students and teachers! Upcoming Activities Health screenings will be conducted this month. The elementary quiz bowl team will be in action on November 11th at 1:00 in the library. The second grade will be traveling to the Edgerton Science Center on November 18th.
