Approve Travel Reimbursement Schedule:

Designate the second Monday of each month as the regular school board meeting date, starting at 6:30 pm, at the Onida Attendance Center.
|

Designate the Superintendent and Business Manager as purchasing agents for the school district, acting within the prescribed limits of the adopted budget.
Designate the Superintendent and Business Manager as administrators of the School Lunch Program and Trust & Custodial Accounts. Authorize the Business Manager to invest district funds in banks designated as official depositories per directive or approval of the Superintendent. Authorize the Business Manager to electronically transfer funds for specific authorizations. Designate Vice-President of the Board, who in addition to the President, shall have the authority to countersign checks drawn by the Business Manager. Set bond for the Business Manager and other designated school employees. |

Set Board Compensation Rates: $100 per meeting.

Certified Teacher Substitutes- $140.00/day (was $130 for past two school years) Classified Staff Substitutes- $18.00/hour (25-26 was $17.00/hour) Specialized Need Substitutes- $25.00/hour (25-26 was $20.00/hour) Route Bus Driver- $40.00 per trip (24-25 was $40.00) Activity Bus Driver- $.50 per mile & $7.00/hour, hourly rate collected for non-coaching drivers for full duration of the trip (not capped at 24 hours)- $100 minimum per trip. (25-26 was $.45/mile & $5.00/hour, capped at 24 hours, $100 minimum per trip). |

Approve student transportation rate for K-8 parents residing more than 5 miles from Onida Attendance Center- $.70/mile (will match any changes to the state rate during the 2026-27 school year).
