16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with HOA Solutions to complete Phase IV of the Bellevue Lift Station Upgrades, in an amount not to exceed $85,095.00  (Public Works Director)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the State of Nebraska Department of Natural Resources Relinquishment of Surface Water Appropriation by landowners for Permit D-1072  (City Attorney/Public Works Director)
