Resolution No. 2021-13:  A resolution adopting the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency Resolution 2020-013 - A resolution adopting and approving the policies and procedures implementing the Growth Management Plan for the Sarpy County and Cities Wasterwater Agency and authorize the Mayor to sign. Resolution No. 2021-14: A resolution adopting the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency Resolution 2020-014 - A resolution adopting and approving a revised sewer user rates and connection fees schedule and establishing related policies and procedures for the unified SSWS for Land Development within the agency's jurisdiction and authorize the Mayor to sign.  (City Administrator)

16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. Approve and authorize Mayor to sign Interlocal Agreement Between the Cities and Sarpy County regarding jail facilities, prosecutorial functions, and other services.  (City Administrator)

16.b. Request to approve funding for the Bellevue B Cycle project, in an amount not to exceed $57,168.00.  (Planning Manager)

16.c. Recommend approval to purchase new laptops and printers for the cruisers, in an amount not to exceed $141,026.05.  (Police Chief)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign agreement with DPS, LLC for the Keystone Trail Repairs South of Hwy 370 Project, in an amount not to exceed $91,126.05 plus a 10% contingency of $9,112.61, for a total project cost of $100,238.66.  (Public Works Director)
