16.a. Request to authorize the City Attorney to initiate foreclosure  proceedings for Lot 1, Lot 2, and/or Lot 3 Paradise Park.  (Legal/City Administrator)

16.b. Approve recommendation of Proposal #1, Christensen Excavating Co., for the demolition of the structure located at 1302 Main Street, including water and sewer disconnects, inspection and removal of all asbestos found, and after removal of all debris, filling the foundation hole with clean fill dirt and leaving the lot in a graded, seeded and safe condition.  (Chief Building Inspector)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Limited Pole Contract Agreement and Indemnity Agreement with OPPD and authorize Tim Melvin to also sign the Indemnity Agreement. (Police Chief)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Sarpy County Information Technology for I.T. Services for a three-year term beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2025, in the amounts of $112,320 (FY 23), $116,813 (FY 24) and $121,485 (FY 25). (Administration/City Administrator)

16.e. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Sarpy County Information Systems for Public Safety Software for a three-year term beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $51,869. (Administration/City Administrator)

16.f. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order Nos. 1, 2, and 3 with Crow Lawn Care LLC for the Right-of-Way mowing (2022), in an amount not to exceed $11,024.39.  (Public Works Director)

16.g. +++ Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Second Addendum to the original franchise agreement with Waste Connections of Nebraska, Inc. dba Papillion Sanitation to add an approved facility for the collection of yard waste.  (Public Works Director/Wastewater and Solid Waste Superintendent)

16.h. +++ Authorize the City Attorney to initiate eminent domain proceedings for Lots 1-3 Paradise Park, only for said outlined temporary and permanent easement purposes, should the owner decline the City's final offer, in an amount not to exceed $3,000 plus fees.    (Public Works Director/WastewaterSuperintendent/Legal/ Administration)
