16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Leo A Daly for the Bellevue Professional Building located at 2206 Longo Drive, in an amount not to exceed $1,367.00. (Public Works Director)

Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Oldcastle Materials Midwest Company d/b/a OMNI Engineering for the 2023 Asphalt Overlay Project, in an amount not to exceed $1,649,130.13 plus a 10% contingency of $164,913.01, for a total project cost of $1,814,043.10. 16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company for consulting services on 2023 Overlay Projects, in an amount not to exceed $192,930.00. (Public Works Director)
