16.a. Approve the Acquisitions, Permanent and Temporary Easements for Phase 2 of the 36th Street Improvement Project, in an amount not to exceed $23,010.00. (Public Works Director)

Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment 1 to the original agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.  for Professional Services on storm drainage improvement plan, in an amount not to exceed $35,669.00 (bringing  the total contract for storm drainage projects, in an amount not to exceed $385,342.00). 16.c. ++ Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Independent Contractor Agreement with Abby Highland, as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Specialist, effective July 9, 2023 through July 8, 2025.  (Finance Director)
