16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Sarpy County, regarding the purchase of a trained police dog. (Police Chief)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the DRE State Training Coordinator Contract with the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) for salary reimbursement for Lt. Joe Milos's services as the Statewide Drug Recognition Coordinator. (Police Chief)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Third Addendum/Extension to the Lease Purchase Agreement with Premier Sports Village LLC, ending August 31, 2023. (Administration/Community Development Director)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with the City of Omaha for the disposal of yard waste ending December 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $21.32 per ton.  (Public Works Director/Wastewater and Solid Waste Superintendent)
