15. RESOLUTIONS:

16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.c. Accept proposal from FNIC for the 2023-24 Property & Casualty Insurance Renewal, with a total annual premium of $749,379.00.  (Finance Director/Risk Manager)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with All-Purpose Construction for the streets north shop odorant building renovation - Phase 2, in an amount not to exceed $413,000.00, plus a 10% contingency of $41,300.00 for a total project cost of $454,740.00. (Public Works Director)
