16.d. Approve the purchase of a new Ford F-150 4x4 extended cab truck for the communication department, in an amount not to exceed $54,353.00. (Fire Chief)

16.g. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Contract with Goss Associates for a Nebraska Good Life Transformational Act Economic Impact Analysis, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.  (Economic and Community Development Director)

Approve authorizing Metropolitan Utilities District (MUD) to accept the bid for the MUD Water Main Extension Project after removing the identified costs of Lump Sum Bid 3 and Lump Sum Bid 4 (which will be paid for in the Hidden Valley Road Water Pipeline Extension Project), in an amount not to exceed $14,165,360.00. 16.i. Approve and ratify the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Bellevue Professional Management Association (BPMA) to include the recently created position of Technical Support Specialist in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with a wage range of $58,000-$82,000 and to authorize the Mayor. 16.j. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Contract with JMN Construction LLC for removal of Schilling Drive Bridge, in an amount not to exceed $356,628.00 plus a 10% contingency of $35,662.80, for a total project cost of $392,290.80. (Public Works Director) 

16.k. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #1 with Earnest Construction Group for the 2023 Concrete Projects, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. (Public Works Director)

Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the amended Redevelopment Agreement and Redevelopment Promissory Note, allowing up to $4,028,917 plus accrued interest, to offset TIF eligible expenses, for Elevate Lofts LLC, College Park Addition Redevelopment Project located on Lot 1, College Apartments Addition as of November 7, 2023 and to rescind all prior Redevelopment Agreements and Redevelopment Promissory Notes approved for said property.  (City Clerk)
