16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement between the City of Bellevue and Earnest Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $316,374.50 plus a 10% contingency of $31,637.45 for a total project cost of $348,011.95 for the 2024 Trail Renovations. (Public Works Director)

16.b. Approve final payment application with Commonwealth Electric in the amount of $4,932.72.  Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $10,924.89. Approve the project and authorize the Mayor to sign a Certificate of Substantial Completion, and accept final project quantities. (Public Works Director)

16.c. Approve purchase from Clark Boat Company of river rescue/police boat jointly used by the Police and Fire Departments in the amount of $85,600.00. (Police Chief)

16.d. Approve the MOU with the Bellevue Professional Management Association (BPMA) for the term October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025. (HR Director)
