16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement and execute the Notice of Award with Valley Corporation on the Whitted Creek Stream Rehabilitation Project, in an amount not to exceed $3,894,289.77. (Public Works Director)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #2 with HDR for the Landings Lift Station Project, in an amount not to exceed $83,900.00 (Total for completion of design $325,520.00). (Public Works Director)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #1 to the Engineering Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group for design services on the Whitted Creek Stream Rehabilitation Project, in an amount not to exceed $179,580.00. (Public Works Director) 

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #5 with Vrana Civil to install a storm ditch and construct RIPRAP for the Bellevue Entertainment District, in an amount not to exceed $12,645.00. (Public Work Director)
