3.2. Discuss and approve the base growth percentage used to determine the Falls City Public School Dist. 56 property tax request authority for the 2026-27 budget in an amount of 6%, per Neb. Rev. Stat. 79-3405

3.3. Recognize the FCEA as the exclusive bargaining agent for all non-supervisory Certificated Teacher staff for the 2027- 2028 school year.

3.4. Discuss and take action on adopting a resolution authorizing the District to issue General Fund Promissory Notes in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000 to finance certain interim operational costs of the District.

5. Adjournment and Next Meetings: The next regular monthly Board of Education meeting is scheduled for October 12th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Central Office at Falls City Middle School. Regular and special meeting agendas are kept in the Office of the Superintendent. Board Committee meetings TBD.
