Motion made by Vernon Duncan, seconded by Dave Platt to recommend Kevin and Sabrina Nielsen conditional use permit at 602 14th Ave, Franklin, NE Franklin County to the City Council with four stipulations, reevaluate if current owners change; no additions to the size of the structure; if residential use relapses for more than 90 days the property the conditional permit will not be valid; no renting of the property except for employee of the business.. Motion Passed.
