Call the Meeting to order and Roll Call

We encourage residents to participate in our meetings. Public comment is an essential part of our democratic process. To ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to speak, we are implementing a three-minute time limit for each speaker per topic during the public comments section. This will allow us to hear from as many community members as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create a space that is respectful and open to all.

3. Discussion and Action Items:

Discussion and action on minutes from previous meetings

Discussion of cemetery board duties and recent updates over past few years. 

Discussion and action on appointing a chairperson and vice chairperson for the cemetery board. 

Discussion and update on the new cemetery program with entry of deeds and picutres of headstones.

Discussion and action about budgeting next year reagarding resetting headstones, painting of the flag poles and possibly renting equipment to help with painting.
