City of Omaha, CI17-4003, filed in the Douglas County District Court, in the amount of $185,000.00 in full and complete satisfaction and settlement of this case. The Law Department of the City of Omaha is hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver and approve and receive all appropriate settlement documents to cause the conclusion of said case, including the Settlement Agreement and any necessary releases.
