8.b) Consideration of the second reading of Ordinance 23-11, an ordinance of the City of Waverly, Nebraska, amending Title V, Chapter 51, Section 51.09 of the Waverly Municipal Code: Water; Rates

8.c) Consideration of Ordinance 23-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WAVERLY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 32.006 REGARDING CONVERSION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO A COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PURSUANT TO THE NEBRASKA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LAW AND CONSTITUTING THE MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY; TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND CODE PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM; AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

9.a) Consideration of amendment #1 to the Water Distribution Study and Model Update to add a Water Ordinance Review & Council Presentation with Olsson in an amount not to exceed $3,200.00.

9.c) Consideration of bid from Huffman Engineering for a control panel at Well #7 in an amount not to exceed $43,488.75.
