Nikki Schwanz, SCEDD- Nuisance Abatement Program: 1) Declare Nuisances, 2) Postponement Requests, 3) Review of 2024 Parcels

Ordinance No. 742; Amend the Electric Rate Schedules of Ordinance No. 688 passed on April 11, 2017. 

Resolution 2025-3; Establishing a No Parking Zone and providing for the placement of no parking signs as necessary pursuant to Section 4-107 of the Municipal Code. 

Ordinance No. 741; establish and fix the salaries and compensation for the swimming pool employees to the City of Blue Hill, NE, from and after April 8, 2025, and continuing until otherwise changed by ordinance; to provide for the appeal of ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide for the publication of Ordinance No. 741; and to provide for an effective date.

Resolution 2025-4; a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Blue Hill, Nebraska, to provide for sealed bids regarding the sale of the property located at 305 NE Railway St, Blue Hill, NE.

1) Application for Minor Subdivision and Rezoning from residential to commercial of Lot 1 Buschows Addition submitted by the Blue Hill Fire Department  2) Conditional Use Permit for Lot 1 Buschows Addition submitted by the Blue Hill Fire Department.

Application for Minor Subdivision for Lots 8 & 9 & West 12' of Lot 10 to rezone back to residential from commercial and combine with East 32' of Lot 10 & Lots 11 & 12 Moreys Addition.
