Approval and adoption of a resolution authorizing submission to qualified voters of the school district at a special election to be held in the District on March 12, 2024, a proposition relating to the issuance by the District of its general obligation bonds, in an amount not to exceed $12,500,000, to finance the costs of constructing additions and renovations and other site improvements to the existing elementary and high school buildings and providing for necessary furniture, technology, and apparatus for such buildings, with interest and principal of said bonds to be payable from a special levy of taxes against all taxable property of the school district.
