9. Consider approval of the Class C – Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On and Off Sales Liquor License Application for Hangout at the Horn LLC – Longhorn Bar & Grill

12.a. Review and approve Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $13,880.40 to JEO Consulting Group, Inc.’s design agreement for the 2022 Lift Station Flood Mitigation Improvements project to add Section 404 Nationwide permitting assistance, geotechnical materials testing, and Davis-Bacon Act administration assistance

12.b. Review and approve the plans and specifications for the 2022 Lift Station Flood Protection Improvements prepared by JEO Consulting Group, Inc. 

12.c. Authorize JEO to work with the clerk to set a bid date for the 2022 Lift Station Flood Protection Improvements and begin advertising for bids

12.d. Review and approve Task Order 220002.01 with Embris Group, LLC in the amount of $22,000.00 to conduct a strategic planning process and the development of a capital improvements plan
