8. Request from Eric Benson for reimbursement in the amount of $48 for his time to fill in ruts from maintenance workers picking up branches and limbs from the storm

9. Lori Lammers, Enhancement Committee, request to close 15th Street at West Market Square Park on October 31st from 4:30 to 7:30 for the annual Trunk-or-Treat event

10. Request from Mark Welsher for $1,000 for the Fort Calhoun Fine Arts Boosters

12.a. Update on the 2023 Monroe Street Extension project

12.b. Review and approve Pay Application No. 3 for the 2023 Monroe Street Extension from ME Collins Contracting Co. in the amount of $133,096.58

12.c. Review and approve Task Order No. 22-002.03 with Embris Group, LLC to perform the Forcemain H2S Control Study for a not to exceed amount of $12,500.00
