9. Lori Lammers, Enhancement Committee, request to close 15th Street at West Market Square Park on October 31st from 4:30 to 7:30 for the annual Trunk-or-Treat event

10.a. Review and approve the Fort Calhoun Force Main Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Control Alternatives Evaluation developed by Embris Group

10.b. Discuss and consider next steps in regards to the recommendations from Embris Group for the H2S Control Alternatives
