List of all administrative staff that Don evaluates & the dates of their last evaluation & the date of their next scheduled evaluation
List from each administrator and the staff that they evaluate & the date of the last eval & next scheduled eval
Copy of the current evaluation form for all staff.
Copy of approval letter from NDE approving each job evaluation instruments
Confirmation that there is a current job description in place for each district job.
