3. ANNOUNCEMENT - Becky Sullivan
Rationale:
As required by Nebraska law, the public is advised that the Open Meetings Act is posted and copies of the Open Meetings Act are available for the public. |

4. Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint a hearing officer and advisor to the
Board for a personnel hearing. |

5. Conduct hearing concerning the employment contract of Kim Benorden . At the
conclusion of the hearing, conduct deliberations and then discuss, consider, and take action to cancel, continue, or take other action the Board deems appropriate on the employment contract of Kim Benorden. (Executive or closed session is possible for the hearing and for deliberations). In the event of a resignation or agreement, the Board of Education will consider, discuss and take action on acceptance of the resignation or agreement.

6. Executive Session - Becky Sullivan
Rationale:
The Board will go into Closed Session to discuss personnel issues. Discussion shall be confined to these issues. The action is consistent with applicable state law; i.e., Nebraska Revised Statute 84-1410, Reissue 1981, and with Board Policy 204.06 and is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest and for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and such individual has not requested a public meeting.
