This month's Spotlight on Learning will feature the Elementary orchestra and band is off to a great start for the 2026-27 school year! We have 120 4th grade students registered for the elementary orchestra district-wide, and 99 5th grade students for a combined total of 219 students in the elementary orchestra program this year. We have 105 5th grade students registered for the elementary band district-wide. Many of our students are benefiting from the brand-new instruments purchased from the Play it Forward Grant. Thank you HPS Foundation, Board of Education & donors for making participation in band and orchestra possible for our students!

It is requested that comments be limited to five (5) minutes.
