The board has set aside 30 minutes for a public comment period if needed. Time for each speaker is not to exceed 5 minutes, and they will be asked to identify themselves and who they represent. |

III. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION / POSSIBLE ACTION

III.1. Discuss Superintendent Contract for possible changes to length of the contract term, for approval at the Regular Board Meeting on March 18, 2024. (Principle IV)
|

III.2. Updates to the possible Reduction in Force recommendations and discussion on options to collaborate with neighboring districts to reduce costs and provide student opportunities. (Principle IV)
|
|
III.3. Consider / possibly adopt a Resolution to recognize that significant financial changes have caused the need for the board to eliminate some programs and/or positions within the district.
