II. RECOGNITION OF VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT (Principles III and V)
The board has set aside 30 minutes for a public comment period if needed.  Time for each speaker is not to exceed 5 minutes, and they will be asked to identify themselves and who they represent.

III. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION / POSSIBLE ACTION

III.1. Discuss, consider, and approve resolution to non-renew the employment contract of Kristen Skavdahl. (Principle IV)

III.2. Consider / possibly approve Superintendent Schaeffer's resignation effective June 30, 2024. (Principle IV)

III.3. Any and all discussion and action necessary to hire a firm to conduct a superintendent search. (Principle IV)

III.4. Discussion with NASB regarding interim options for the 2024-2025 school year. (Principle IV)
Closed session to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of individuals who have applied for the interim position.
