Rationale:
1. Strategic Planning Assignments: We reviewed the strategic planning document and assigned items to the administrative team. Dr. Hoesing will work with each principal on their plan and timeline for their own building. Plans must include participation from those affected by the plan in their respective buildings. 2. School Calendar Update: Reviewed the 2016-17 school calendar and shared with administrators input from the SEA. Dr. Hoesing will meet with the SEA on Friday to discuss their recommendations. |
