1.  Staffing update:

2.  Board Committee Meetings:  3 Board committees will meet on Monday, March 7th at 1:00 at the SMS conference room.  They will discuss progress on district goals and plans, curriculum/textbook updates, technology replacement plan, new marching band uniforms.

Bldg/Grnds/Transportation and Finance committee will meet at 4:00 on Tuesday, March 8th.  They will review building and grounds plan, transportation replacement plan, and support staff wages for the program coordinators.

3.  Requisition and Inventory:  The COOP requisition catalog is open now.  COOP orders will close on April 1st.  FMP requisitions (including textbook orders) are due on May 1st.  Inventory updates must be completed before releasing staff for the summer.

4.  Summer School:  Last year we met June 8-26 and June, July 6-24.  8:00 AM to 12:00 PM  and 12:30 to 3:30  ELL/Reading High school June 1-June 25 Monday through Thursday.  8:30 to 11:30 and 12:00 to 3:00.  We need to have building principals work with Mr. Gibbons on staffing, programs, etc...We want these contracts to go out to staff by April 1st. 

5.  April 21st:  Elementary Writing workshop, NETA Convention, and Fred Arnold Invite Track Meet. The middle school has 30 staff members attending NETA through their School Improvement Grant.  Other staff members are selected and paid for out of an allocation from ESU 7 or Jeff Droge will have to pay for it from his budget.

6.  April 26-27 APL Workshop:  Building principals will need to work with Dave Gibbons on the professional development schedule for April 26-27. We were going to use the retreat center for the workshops, but the one conference room is too small to accommodate our large groups.  We will be hosting the workshops in one of our buildings.  We may consider using the elementary building because of the proximity of the gyms and cafeteria area. It is also just across the street from the hotel where Dave and Jean will be staying.
